We had an interesting discussion with Dan Nenni about social media in the semiconductor and electronic design automation industries. Dan shared some of his extensive experience with LinkedIn, blogging, and other new media channels. He gave good advice for bloggers – both those starting out and those who’ve been publishing for a while. We talked about the need to improve communications in our industry which could help EDA grow. Finally, we learned about Dan’s new venture, SemiWiki, which includes a crowd-sourced wiki, blogs, and forums.
